WHAT IS SCOR?

We work with large and small businesses to grow sales, increase margins and improve teamwork within the organization. We identify areas needing attention by looking at the people, the process and the products/services rendered. NOTE: 60,000 people trained on the SCOR process.

We offer three services:

One: Take your company through the SCOR process to build a new strategy and direction. (one year)

Two: Train your leaders, staff, and sales team on how to implement the SCOR methods. (four hours)

Three: Provide executive coaching for your leader/s. (monthly)

As a Certified Six-Sigma Leader and a Relationship Development Specialist I help companies with the advancement of quality and improvement in their communication skills and their processes. I emphasize the importance of relational intelligence to effectively create a positive work culture that thrives on growth and transparency. My approach is unique in getting people involved from the lower level of an organization to the top level while using the SCOR process.

WHO I AM

I work with organizations to improve a positive work culture. I evaluate systems to identify ways in which leadership effectiveness as well as employee productivity and satisfaction can be optimized. This can include day-to-day practices, management, workflow processes and interpersonal development.

My 20 years of management experience with an international organization, innovative leadership skills and six sigma certification allows me to work with team leadership and help them improve team dynamics within their organization.

The SCOR process I created is designed to create better processes with better metrics. I've trained nearly 40,000 people how to use SCOR when building relations, problem solving and improving the way people interact.
