The sign-up cards are to be used twice a year as a means to recruit couples to sign up to get mentored.

It is ideal to used at the end of a sermon, and even better if the message is about mariage. These cards should be placed in each bulletin or at every seat allowing everyone to fill it out. Prompt everyone to turn in the cards whether they are signed or not.

By following this process, people feel like it's safe to sign up for help and there is no embarassment because everyone will be turning in the cards  on their way out.
